She was last employed with, Seven Hills Hospital as "Nurse Incharge (Medical Surgical Ward - Single Room) since June 2015 before joining us.

(Mulund). From 2008 t 2015 she was with St Vincents University Hospital,
Dublin before returning to India.

Initial Assessment
Neurorehabilitation specialists will establish baseline data based on the neurological and neuropsychological assessments using standard protocols.
Goal Setting Phase
Based on the assessment report, the severity of symptoms will be categorized.
The multi-disciplinary team will generate a patient-centered care plan consisting of short and long-term treatment goals.
Rehabilitation Phase
The core team will include a neurophysiotherapist, occupational therapist, speech therapist, neuropsychologist and rehabilitation nurses.
Evidence-based practices and daily documentation will ensure that patient progress is consistently monitored.

Reassessment Phase
